Summer Succotash & Jalapeño Crema
Jalapeño Crema :
3 jalapeños, roughly chopped (remove the seeds and ribs if you don’t want too much spice)
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime, juiced and zested
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or mayo)
2 tbsp avocado oil
Salt n peppa to taste
Blend blend blend! Enjoy!
Char some corn and add some asparagus, lima beans, zucchini or any summer veggies you have in your fridge and toss it all with jalapeño crema. Add avocado/pickled onions to finish!
