Charred Avocado & Citrus Salad

salad : 

2 oranges, cut into segments (save middle for juice)

1 lime, cut into segments (save middle for juice)

1 large avocado, charred and sliced 

1 mango, sliced 

Wafer thin jalapeño slices, pickled onion, and fresh herbs for garnish

dressing : 

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp herb oil of choice

1/4 cup juice of leftover oranges & limes

s&p to taste

Place all the salad ingredients together in a bowl, toss gently with dressing and plate. Spoon over the rest of the dressing. Top with fresh herbs, pickled onion, thin jalapeño slices and enjoy!
